You do not need any extra software. The video streaming is done using Adobe Flash., as per a viewer, your requirement is latest flash enabled browser.


Have you provide the video camera or can i use my own camera?

Yes, both options are advisiable, We provide our own HD camera, and in certain circumstances we allow the user to connect his own video camera.


How many video cameras are supported? Is it possible to mix different camera outputs?

Our technology should support any number of video cameras and more than two, need three day prior information.

I dont have an internet connection at my venue, then how should be possible to stream the videos?

That is our concern, and we have to arrange proper means to get a quality streamed videos


Is their any limited number of viewers to watch the streamed videos?

No limits at all! Any number of viewers have invited.


Can my viewers are able to communicate, while the streaming takes place?

YES! Of course! we have to provide additoinal chat application to chat with the site administrator, in special cases.


Any number of hours are restricting to view the streamed videos?

not at all!. Normaly we have to stream till the completion of the event.


Is there any visitor tracker is incorporated?
Yes, invisible counter is incorporated, and after the completion of the streaming, we shall inform the number of people watching the videos and from where (location)


Is it possible to protect my streamed videos from public access?

Yes, as per the clients request, we have to lock the streaming videos by password


What do you mean by re-webcasting?

After the completion of the streaming, we will webcast again the recorded version for the missing viewers. It is a type of archives and the rewebcasting will be available for 14 days from the date of live streaming.

Normally re-webcasting will be started from the same day at 10:00PM IST., You can search archive files under our page "click to view re-webcast"

Can i need a website to publish my streamed videos?

no need. We shall publish the streamed videos on our website www.jewelwebs.com, and mostly one more alternative site (that will be announced before the streaming).

How many days before to inform the streaming of an event?

Unless it is a funeral service, we need one day prior information
